MaxiPawn provides pawn-shop management software to licensed pawnbrokers. Each subscribing shop ("Customer") owns the transactional data it creates inside the app; MaxiPawn acts as a data processor on its behalf.
Information we collect
- Operator accounts: name, email, role, and login credentials for the staff at each subscribing shop.
- Shop business profile: name, address, phone, license number, established year, and per-state configuration the Customer enters at Settings.
- End-customer transactional records: pawn tickets, items, payments, identification photos, signatures, and OFAC screening results that the Customer creates while operating their shop. This data is owned by the Customer.
- Billing data: the credit card and billing details the Customer provides at signup. Payment information is processed by Stripe; MaxiPawn never sees the full card number.
How we use information
We use Customer data exclusively to provide the MaxiPawn service, process billing, and respond to support inquiries. We do not sell Customer data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any other purpose.
Data storage & retention
Customer data is hosted on Supabase (Postgres + Storage) in US-East. Daily database backups are retained for 30 days. On cancellation, Customer data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless an active legal hold applies. Customers can request earlier deletion via support.

- Anthropic / OpenAI — only when a Customer explicitly opts into AI features (none currently enabled by default).
Your rights
Customers can export their data, request corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing support@maxipawn.com.
