- What states are supported?
- MaxiPawn ships US-wide. Loan term, monthly interest rate, grace period, notice template, ticket legal text, and affidavit are all editable per shop, so you can match your state's pawn law.
- Can I import from my current pawn software?
- The first tenant (Accurate Gold in Philadelphia) migrated 1,037 customers, 3,988 tickets, 4,499 items, and 7,278 payments off their legacy Access-based system — so yes, we have a path. Talk to us before signing up; we'll quote it.
- Do you support multiple locations?
- One subscription = one shop. If you run multiple stores, you buy one subscription per shop. Each shop has its own data, its own staff, its own settings.
- Is my data backed up?
- Yes — Supabase runs daily backups on the Postgres instance, and we keep nightly snapshots independently.
- What about LeadsOnline / state compliance reporting?
- LeadsOnline nightly SFTP submission is built and ready to wire per-shop credentials. State-specific reporting (where mandated) follows the same per-shop config model.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, in-app, via the Customer Portal. Your data stays accessible through the end of the paid period, then is archived for 90 days before deletion.
